Pangkor Island is not linked to the mainland and the only ways of arriving onto the island are by ferry or air. Sungai Pinang Kecil still retains its old fashioned charm and friendliness. The small Chinese fishing village has not changed much over the years with fishing still being a family tradition and the secrets of the sea being passed on from on generation to another.
