An application of visa must be approved by the Malaysian Embassy by travellers from North Korea, Cuba, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the People's Republic of China and the holders of Hong Kong Certificate of Identity. Individuals who do not have the proper visas will not be allowed to enter the country.
